인간이라는 존재를 탈락 시키고, 내 몸 안에 있는 모든 것들을 쏟아내고, 햇빛이 내려가고, 불을 끄면 어둠이 찾아 오듯이, 내가 하고 싶은 일은 오직, 내 기분이 편안한 것과, 내 마음이 따뜻해지는 것이다. 나는 죽음에 대하여 모르고, 죽음에 대한 내 생각은 틀림없이 두렵고 무서운 일이다. 그러기에 살고 싶은 것은, 건강하고 싶은 것은, 아름답고 싶은 것은, 행복을 느끼고 싶은 것은, 내가 끝나는 순간까지 가지고 싶을 희망이다. 내 삶에 대하여 , 또는 내 기분이나 내가 느끼는 모든 것들, 그로 인하여 내가 떠올리고 표현하고 싶은 것들을 그림으로 표현한다. 그것이 주로 꽃, 거머리, 줄기, 달팽이 같은 모양들로 자주 표현된다. 모든 사람들이 나의 그림을 좋아할 수는 없겠지만, 내 그림들 속에 대한 내 마음과, 감정들이 많은 사람들에게 닿을 수 있기를 바란다. 아름다움을 생각하는 아름다움을, 검은 파도와 피로 물들여 지는 구름들, 깊은 예술과, 또 그림을 통하여 이루어지는 마음들, 사람들과 공감할 수 있는, 아름다움을 끝없이 창조해 나가는, 그런 세계가 올 수 있도록, 나는 진정으로 바란다. #팝아트 #그래피티 #추상화
